When doing the means is it possible to use a UTV as an allowable vehicle expense to help with our DMI? I wasn't sure if one can use say an enduro bike or motorcycle of some sort since it is transportation? Waiting on a response from the attorney. It may seem like a crazy question but my husband actually drives it to work and it is street legal and registered. We were advised to let one vehicle payment go in the BK and now that it is repo'd the attorney advises us to get another payment, (which is something we just cannot afford at this point) I was just curious if that payment would be allowable?

Finally got a response back from the attorney saying that if the UTV is street legal it can qualify . . . . so now I guess we wait and see if April can be the month we get to file!! Seems like the best news since the whole petition started and it's a good thing I asked because it would have fallen through the cracks because not once was it ever brought up! I am ready to find out what is ahead 13 or 7 wait a few months or file. It is just a waiting game and that has always been something I am horrible at and that is waiting!!Comment
