Filed pro se and we have our 341 this Thursday but nothing has been requested from us by the trustee other than to bring our license and social security cards, should we be worried?

Not at all. Usually, that means you have sent in everything. Hopefully, they either sent you something in the mail just after filing, or your checked your Trustee's website to see what they require befoer the meeting. Usually it's only the last 3 years of tax returns, and perhaps copies of insurance binders for your home/cars. Of course, this varies by Trustee.Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)

Never to doubt JB, and I also say, "no news is good news". That being said, I have admiration for pro se filers. What I didn't know then and now know, now, I would NEVER hire a lawyer in fear of the one I had to deal with.
Suggestion, bring everything you have with you (just for appearance) but don't go to any real trouble, just look like "you got it together". I doubt your interview will last 6 minutes. Bet you two hamster dances on that one. LOL. 'HubIf I knew it all, would I be here?? Hang in there = Retained attorney 8-06, Filed 12-28-07, Discharge 8-13-08, Finally CLOSED 11-3-09, 3-31-10 AP Dismissed, Informed by incompetent lawyer of CLOSED status, October 14, 2010.

Excellent point 'Hub, and something I should have mentioned. Yes, you should bring copies of EVERYTHING with you. Tax Returns for 3 years. Paystubs for last 6 months, up to and including the day of the 341 Meeting. Anything that was ever requested of you... have a copy ready!Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
