The attorney instructed us to bring our "next statement" that we receive after filing to the 341 meeting. I just received that statement and will take it to the 341, but what I am wondering is.. does this mean I need to print out all transactions from the last date of this statement up until the time of the 341, or is this statement enough? The last date of the period is 03/31. We filed 03/17 and our 341 is 04/22.
What I am worried about is 1) I deposited $110 for my children that we got as late Christmas gifts and birthday gifts that we will transfer to their checking accounts and 2) I have to pay the landscape guy $400 for all the stuff we had to have done to our yard - mulching, seeding, and a bunch of other stuff) and 3) we took a last minute trip to the beach this week all paid for by relatives. They were going and decided to invite us along. The only money we spent was $15 at a gas station and it has the location of the transaction. All the talk about taking vacations after filing has my worried about it.
Are those things going to be a problem?
