Our 341 was supposed to be today the first. Got a call saying the trustee was postponing untill the 8th. We are over the median by about 30K. Is it most likely he is looking harder at our docs and needed the extra time? I just have a feeling with being over the median they will try and push us to a 13. One item of concern is that we have three financed vehicles. We had bought 2 new ones in sept and kept our truck. We were going to let it go since it was way underwater but the attorney suggested we keep paying to help on the means test. I was pretty sure they would only let us keep 2. Also both our new loans were 0% for 72 making the payments 500 and 600 a month but when calculated at 60 months on the means test the payments were of course higher. I am wondering if they will have a problem with the higher auto payments as well. Any thoughts on any of this? thanks

Your 341 was probably postponed because of something in the trustees office and not your case. That being said I do think that 3 vehicles for 2 people, all of them financed, and 2 financed over what is allowed will cause the trustee to question things. I don't know how lenient they are in your district with this type of thing, but your attorney seems to feel that it is acceptable it appears. Good luck, let us know how it turns out.Filed Chapter 13 02/2006 - Confirmed 05/2006 - Discharged 09/2011
