another pacer question

i hate this thing,,it's weird. so I had my 341 on the 26th and it went great.
i keep checking pacer for any new info but nothing,,,it doesn't even say that i had my Meeting on the 26th. it says that it was scheduled but no new updates.

how soon are they supposed to update this??

My 60 days is almost up since the 341 and there has been absolutely nothing entered and I check it every day. Hopefully no news is good news here?

It just depends on how busy and backed up the court is that is handling your case. If you used an attorney then ask them what the status is. If you filed without an attorney then try calling the administrator of the court your case is in and ask them. Just be nice to them because you may have to depend on them in the future to help you out as well.

it is actually a good thing. if the 60 days from the 341 passes by and nothing, then that's good. If you are a no asset case the trustee should have entered the notice of no distribution. I got mine 15 days after the 341, on the 55th day the reaffirmation, and the discharge on the 61st

It was 5 days from my 341 before PACER showed the trustee's report of no distribution. I checked what seemed like every 5 minutes from the day after until that 5th day. You should see something very soon now. Easy for me to say try to be patient, but do -- you'll drive yourself crazy otherwise

Mine never changes from even before the 341. Just says Asset:No
Man you think they would put something in to update; I am one week away and keeping my fingers crossed. Tax refunds were turned in a month ago already.
