Zwicker are nasty and slick. They were used by AMEX after I was late for 3 mos. First they send a letter, then I send answer back requesting for a DV with certified mail then after a month Zwicker send a summon thru a Hispanic person knocking on my door hand delivered the summons. Asking to respond but the problem I already filed BK and send the summon back to the lawyer then check PACER AMEX amended "Change lawyer". AMEX never showed up at 341. They just covered their behind since Zwicker violated the stay.File BK7: Jan 4, 2010
