Anybody got their Mortgage modified and filed chapter 7 ?
I am currently waiting on BoA to modify my 1st Mortgage and i hope i will get an offer soon. I am planing on filing chapter 7 as soon as i have my new loan documents. Somebody on this forum mentioned that BoA doesn't do Reaffirmations any more. Is that true ? Would that make my Mod pointless ?
Any thoughts/experiences appreciated.
