    Income and Filing

As it stands I qualify for Ch7 with a DMI of -$127. If I was to file say the end of April would my pay for May and thereafter be looked at?
The reason I ask is because my pay may go up about $1,100 in April (but I acutally paid on May 1st) due to 3-day work furlough possibly being removed. This will definetly put me in a CH13.

You have to answer the last question on Schedule I about future increases in income. If you file after the raise is confirmed, I'd guess that you have a duty to report it, even if the money hasn't arrived yet. Can you file while it just remains prospective? Then the omission may be more excusable, I don't know.

Also, at the 341, trustees often, though not always, ask if your financial circumstances have changed since filing. It's sounding difficult for you to not have the raise confirmed before the 341 though.
