Last day for obj. 3/22- now what??

Nothing reported since 2/15 on pacer (that we satisfied our debt course). Last day for objections was scheduled for 3/22.

What do we wait for now??

    Thanks.
    Filing cpt.7 11/09 341- 1/21/10
    Report of no distribution 1/21/10
Scheduled for discharge 3/22/10 (on my 15th wedding anniversary!)

Yes, from what I have seen some districts are really backed up...someone posted from Florida in another thread that they just got discharged and it took 90 days instead of 60....but breathe easy, it is the 60 days that matters as far as your discharge and creditor objections.

Yeah, I really would not worry about it a bit. The 60 day clock is ticking for me too, but I am new into the 60 day club. But that 60th day means EVERYTHING. You have made it past it, the rest is coasting from here on out.

Don't get me wrong, you are like me, you want to SEE that it is over for yourself, in writing, on Pacer, in your hands with the discharge letter, but I have read on MANY threads on here that discharges seem to occur later and later nowadays because of the overflow of bankruptcies. There is even a sticky that reads "61 Days and no discharge". But the 60 days is key and you made it!! Just because you have not received or can "see" anything is purely administrative, bureaucratic, and thus "frustrating." =)

Here's what Startfresh said recently. Hope this eases you, it made me feel better for sure:

Hey everyone. Thanks so much for the support. Filed in Orange County, CA on 11/10/09. Trustee meeting on 12/17/09. Discharged on 03/17/10. Got the paper today! So it looks like it is taking about 90 days from the meeting here in Southern CA.
