    Debtor education requirement class

    Hi all again,

    I am wondering when is the best time to take the class for bankruptcy? I took the before filing. I am wondering after filing. I filed Chapter 7!

    Just take it. There is no "best" time.

      Thank you for the fast reply!! If I take it now would I bring a copy of the certificate to the 341 meeting. (April 13,2010)

        No, you file the certificate with the court.
