Rare overtime opportunity to make a lot of $$$$; should I?

    Discharged 5/17/10 (Fresh Start)

Will that change your 2010 annual income more than 10% higher than you reported? I don't see a problem.

Our attorney actually said "live your life, take a job, do whatever you want after the filing date EXCEPT win the lotto" So I don't think it really matters.
attorney consult and decided to file, 02/15/2010
    no-asset Chapter 7 filed, 03/11/2010
    341, 05/10/2010
    discharged, 07/13/2010

Not a problem. You can "mostly" do what ever you want AFTER the case is filed.

You income for BK purposes is based on your income up until the date you file, although for seen income (such as income tax returns) could be taken in to account.

If this happened before you had filed, then yes, it could be a problem. Being you filed two months ago, you should be good to go.

Work away! If I were in your shoe's I know I would.
