unfortunately i have not paid cc's since sept 09 and not sure how much time i have left. i did get one threat to sue from a very small dentist debt that backed off (i think) after i said i was going to file. i have a clean 6-month look back in terms of median.

i just dont have any money to pay for all those expenses now, and do want to file next month, so it's kind of a bind. I just dont have the money to show that i dont have the money for a 13.

i might re-sign up for some of the professional associations though, perhaps borrow some cash from someone. i dont know.

Sorry, I assumed you were still paying the minimums and if you stopped you would have a little extra money.

In that case I would try to file a 7, list any and every expense you can think of and hope they aren't all challenged.

If you think that your 6 month lookback is as good as it's going to get, you don't need to wait and take the chance it might go up.

yeah i guess its forward ho. I talked to a CC today (Chase) and they really put the screws on, threatening litigation "tomorrow"
