Does the trustee run credit report?

I was wondering if the trustee runs a credit report when you file? I noticed several inquires on my credit report that I do not know what they are.

Good question. I don't know. I suppose he could. I am supposed to receive a new copy of my Trans Union credit report here any day now, so I guess I'll find out... I hadn't pulled it since before my 341, and he hadn't as of then. I guess I could just ask him if he did.

No, they don't. What is on your credit report is of no importance to the trustee.
