341 Scheduled

Ok! I am on the race track now! April 29 is my 341 meeting. I did the online debtor education course. My paperwork states I need to ensure completion of a debtor education course before the 341 meeting. Kinda, scratchin my head..............."Didint I already do this?" Or is it another course I need to take? I contacted my attorney but havent rcvd a reply yet!
Feels good in one way and I am anxious also in a somewhat negative way. But I can tell you now, I am better off now than 6 months ago. Even though I am not through with this process I do know theres a light at the end of this tunnel.

The debtor's education is a two part course. One you did pre-filing and one to do after filing but before 341 and must be done before your case can be discharged.

I did mine through cccsinc.com and it was looooonnnnggggg (8 chapters total about 30 minutes each chapter. I listened to the audio rather than read them).

You don't have to do the second before the 341, you have until 45 (?) days after. (Perhaps I'm overcautious, but I didn't want to waste the money until I'd had a good 341, in case my case was going to be dismissed altogether.) In my district the docket in PACER clearly marks when the forms about the two courses have been filed.
