    Getting Married...

Hi--I am an avid reader of this site...but haven't posted.

I filed about 3 weeks ago, but my 341 hearing isn't until May 14th-due to a business trip in April, that I absolutely would lose my job if I couldn't go. My attorney knew this when he filed, and handled it

So my discharge would be in mid-July.

I recently got engaged, and my soon to be husband and I were thinking about getting married Thanksgiving weekend. My financial circumstances aren't going to change much-as we will be living apart for probably the first year of our marriage due to child custody issues and child health situations, and still maintaining separate households. (we live in two separate states)

Could this in anyway come back to haunt me? Should we wait longer before we tie the knot? I don't want him dragged into anything at all.

It should not matter. Congrats, and good luck on dealing with the long distance relationship!
Get mortgage modified: DONE! 7 months of back interest payments amortized, payment reduced over $200/mo
(In the 'planning' stage, to file ch. 13 if/when we have to.)
