I have just received a postcard from 50-30-20 MoneyPlan / National Personal Finance Education that said I have to do a post BK course (they charge $14.95 per preson.) Is this accurate? I wouldn't mind doing the course, but I'd like to get it with the fee waived.

Yes, you do two courses, one pre-filing, one ... I think, within 45 days of your 341 or something? (Can be before it.) Once you've done the second, often you have to file form B23 with the court clerk. (If you have an attorney, they should be guiding you through all this and probably arranging you a suitable course.)
