Hi, I have filed Chapter 7 and my 341 meeting is this month. I was previously in a chapter 13 but couldn't afford the payment after loosing my job. So as I just said currently unemployed, and was wandering a couple of things. Will this add to my 341 meeting being more stressful as I am already stressed and modification loans can they be approved if your unemployed???

341 should be straightforward, not much different than your prior one
As for modifications, no. You need INCOME to modify a loan. -
I have unemployment checks coming in and do have a pt job as well as my wife has a job, I was offered a proposal thru Wells Fargo, this offer means nothing then correct???Comment
