What is the stat summary of certain liab?

I received notice to file a stat summary of certain liab but I really do not know what it is. Anyone else have this one requested?

I am filing pro se so I don't have an attorney to ask

It's the second page of the Form 6 Summary. It should be right among the other place you got your schedules from.
