Old law 341 in the AM. It really hit me today and had the butterflies and everything. I'm more nervous as I never keep receipts or balance my checkbook. As a 100% commisioned agent, I had a good December, well enough to make my bills for once. Guess all these concerns will be answered soon enough.

Yep, and you'll be wondering what you were so nervous about and how it took you longer to find a parking space then the meeting itself took.

Let us know how it went

You'll be find get there early to view some of the cases that your trustee has, that will give you a pretty good idea of how things will go. I have no doubt that things will go well for you. I will be looking forward to hearing your story.

If I was near you..I'd give you a nice dosage of chill pills...It'll be ok, no need to cause the stomach to get upset..There's plenty of time for that later!!

Not in my district. Getting back to the car was easy. The fun part is it takes longer to find your way out of the courthouse than to find your way in. (Lots of one way streets, so you can't go back the same way you arrived.)

Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.

We scouted out the parking etc. the night before because it was in Charlotte. But, we left really early and got there well before our case and got to watch all the cases before ours (we got there at 9 our meeting was scheduled for 11). Eases man of our fears and we were able to answer the questions in our minds before we had to speak.
The word anxiety breeds new meaning when you are waiting for the complete unknown.
Is there a rule that these courts have to be on one way streets????? Are they trying to get you lost or give you a nervous breakdown????

I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....
