I was not nervous at all until we sat down with the trustee....she was so uptight (for lack of a better word). She had me worried. Spent about 5-10 minutes with her and in the end, she declared us a no asset case and is NOT going after our tax refund...yippee!!!
She did give my lawyer a warning about stacking 2 vehicle allowances to cover one of our cars that was paid off in January.
So now I enter the 60 day club!!!
