How long does it take to get a certified market analysis?

Hi,
I'm wanting to get a market analysis of my house to take to my 341...once I find a RE agent that will do this how long does it normally take to receive a report? Is it something that can be done entirely online or does someone have to come out and look inside my home?

A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) doesn't need the agent to come to your home. They basically use comps and information you provide. A CMA is not as detailed as a residential property appraisal and can be performed rather quickly. You should be able to get something from an agent who is familiar with your locale in hours, if not a day or so.
