    Need a Little input

Ok, I got a decison to make. I have an RV I am underwater on but current with the payments. Being a Disabled vet I do have money comin in but all of it goes out too. After Child support and truck payment with the RV I have $400 left for food, gas etc. Basically The RV (I live in it) with rent for the lot is about just shy of $900 a month! However, if I let it go at the BK process , I will be hard pressed to find a place to rent for that much. Soooooooo on one hand I will be free of it, on the other I will be Homeless and will be at the mercy of "We will see how it pans out"

    What do ya think??

$ 900 mo is a lot to be paying on an underwater RV; (I realize that part of this is lot rent too). Since you are in FL we probably shoudn't use the term "underwater" so loosely, because it could be. Remember, just when you think things couldn't get any worse........... j/k

I would think that in FL today with all the empty and defaulted properties that you could find rentals for less than your exposure today. If you were renting a similar unit for similar price and didn't have the negative equity plus whatever maintenance you might have, it would be an improvement over today. Hopefully you are filing on other debts besides the RV, and getting a fresh start.

A salute to a Disabled Vet with hopes for things turning up for you soon.
