After the 341 meeting I plan to mail the post certificate and respective form to the bk court (within 45 days, right). Do I have to file it with trustee also?

At least some districts, you just have to file Form 23. You put the certificate number on it so I think the clerk probably has some way of looking up the actual certificate if necessary.
