I had a question; the Trustee filed the doc of no distribution combined fixing deadline to object to. It shows the last date to file an objection is 4-4-10 but my 60 days aren't up until 5-3-10 does this mean the date moved up?

I had the same thing happen to my case... sorry you still have 60 days from your 341 meeting, unless your 341 meeting was rescheduled to a later date.November 2, 2009: Filed Chapter 7, December 10, 2009: 341 Done! The 4-4-10 date is the last day for objections to the report of no distribution and the trustees objections to your exemptions. Don't worry, the 60 days flies by.Comment
