Filed then lost job a week later

I filed pro se on 2/25 then I lost my job on 3/3. Do I need to amend my Schedules? or what should I do? My 341 meeting is 4/5/10. Trustee wants copies of all schedules etc 10 days prior to meeting. Do I amend the schedules or just wait till the 341 to tell them?

Your bk is a six month look back period. The look back period starts on the date you file from my understanding. I don't think you will need to amend since you lost your job after you filed. Others will probably chime in.

You might want to amend your schedule I & J. those are to based on future income and expenses. If you already had significant negative DMI, it really won't matter, but I still would want it to reflect my current situation.

you should amend only if there is a risk of being pushed into a 13 because of a high DMI. if you are clearly a ch 7 with little or no DMI, then you don't need to report any change.
