Unsure on this and need advice

My brother in law who lives in Ohio is going to file chapter 7 and told his retained BK lawyer ( he's paid for him in full ) he has a open workers comp claim. This open workers comp claim has not been paid on in 2 years, but its still open. He asked his bk lawyer if he should have this open workers comp claim exempt in the petition for the chapter 7. His bk lawyer got all huffy and told him he knows more about bk then what my brother in law does and that NO he does not need to worry about it and not bother to have it exempted nor mentioned in the chapter 7 at all. After this, my brother in law is now getting the run around from his bk lawyer who asked him to come in Thursday to sign the petition not date it and told him it wouldnt get filed right away as he was waiting on a other client BK to be completed ,so they both could get filed on the same day and so the hearing for both would get scheduled the same day also. This is in order for this bk lawyer doesnt have to go to two seperate hearing days for the two clients. Why should my brother in law get infringed upon just so this bk lawyer is not? I told him so and I also told him why does this bk lawyer have such a problem in exempting his open wokers comp claim? I would think by law it really needs to. Because I would think if its not, my brother in law could have legal problems in the BK over it and of course this BK lawyer may have denial my brother in law ever told him about it. This board is very knowing about BK issues and I thank you all for any advice about all of this. Because my brother in law bk lawyer.. I really have doubts about.. he sounds crooked to me. I dont know if theres some kind of legal board he could go to about this BK lawyer or not.

    Hearsay is inadmissible.
Well, I did. Every one of 'em. Mostly I remember the last one. The wild finish. A guy standing on a station platform in the rain with a comical look in his face because his insides have been kicked out. -Rick
