    Interpretation help with Pacer

This is what pacer says so far under the docket report:

10/15/05 1 - Chapter 7 voluntary petition filed by yada yada yada

10/25/05 2 - First Meeting Creditors with 341 meeting to be held on ...yada yada...Objections for discharge due by 1/14/06

10/26/05 3 BNC Certificate of mailing (re: related documents for 341 meeting..yada yada

THE NEXT ONE IS THE ONE I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT.....

11/29/05 4 341 Meeting of Creditors held and concluded. Filed by trustee. (no image available) (re: related documents(s)2 Meeting chapter 7. (mendoza, Mara patricia) (entered: 12/08/05)

Then on the case summary page undert pending status it says "pending discharge"

On the Deadlines/hearing page on the 341 line the last under satisfied is a date but under terminated is blank.

What does all this mean in regards to whether the trustee is done?? I am just waiting for a date. Should there be other entries from the trustee regarding assets, etc? the top of the page it say asset: no...but there is not form entered. Any help appreciated.

The assumption is you are waiting for 01/14/06 for any creditors or god forbid the US Trustee to object. Each area is done and worded differently. Not trying to be funny - call your attorney or the court if you are concerned and ask. My daddy told me there were never any dumb questions. (hey, if you don't know something, you won't until you ask). Hope this helps some... The end is near..........
I'll be watching, you may never know when or how, but I'll be there. I am there now....

that helps, i just keep hearing about people having their cases "declared" no asset. Mine said that from day one and there was no seperate entry. I wasn't aware that everywhere was entered a little differently. Thanks.

All your doing now is waiting on discharge.......sounds like yours was a no asset case, should not have any objections from creditors....
