My 341 is Thursday...yay!...Right! Anyway I checked Pacer today and they had the hearing for the Abandonment of my business which is still up and running today. It says Unopposed and at the bottom it says Motion was Granted.....sooo this is good? Right?

Wait...maybe not so good after all. I found another document that was between the Trustee and my Lawyer a few weeks ago about the motion to abandon the business.
Stipulation document; my Lawyer agreed to it and he and the Trustee both signed it. It says the Trustee agrees he doesn't object to the motion for the business, but the court may deny abandonment of other assets of the business in the form of claims and receivables....
So here's the thing I do have receivables each month but out of that amount I pay all my people. If they were to take that amount at the beginning of the month a lot of workers wouldn't get paid...then what?"I'm old enough to know better, but too young to care"
