Have car with Lien

What happens to vehicles with liens against them in a chapter 7 BK? I was told I could reaffirm. The loan is with USAA Federal Credit Union. Payments are only about $99.00.

Nothing very exciting usually. It depends of course on the creditor and the judge actually letting you reaffirm. It's up to the creditor, and the judge will need to know you have enough disposable income to actually make the payments. Options for ride-through instead tend to vary by creditor and by district.
