341 On March 25th!!!!

Ok, I have my 341 hearing on March 25th. What questions will the trustee ask me???? If I have included my lease in the bankruptcy will he or she ask me how far behind, if at all, I am on the rent?? Or do they even get that technical in 341's??? At this time, at least, I do not intend on paying the rent for the month of March, due to the fact that we are moving before the month is over.

They will ask you to state your name and address for the record, social security number and a few yes, no questions (ex: to the best of your knowledge is everything correct on your petition, are you expecting any money with in the next 6 months and I think that's it from what I remember). Very simple and painless. Then you wait for the discharge. Nothing to it
