Continue to pay Student Loan?
I know student loans can not be dischardged, however do I continue to pay them until we file?

If you can I would, no reason to get late payments tacked on your bill and your credit report. Once they get the info of the BK they will suspend billing until you close (at least until discharge, but in my case they still aren't billing me because I haven't closed.) Also probably they'll still keep on adding interest that they'll bill after the stay is lifted.Comment
