    Officially filed !!!!!!!!!!

    Hey everyone


    I know its just the beginning but I have officially filed. I gave the Attorney the check and am happy i'm doing this. I am have very happy and want to say thank you to everyone on the forum ( i owe you all a cold one ). I was nervous about it, but just looking forward to the positives, I got a great gal, soon going to get married ( great credit BTW lol) and want to start our marriage off on the right foot ( no debt). But again thank you to everyone for the help. I was curious if there is anything i can do to help with the BK ? my lawyer who i'm very confident in said we will be good to go. I will keep everyone posted on when my 341 will be.

    The bulk of BK prep (paperwork round-up) occurs before filing. Your attorney will likely inform you of any documents/information s/he may need.

            Thank you to everyone here, much appreciated. I know this might be a little off topic, I was curious ( i'm using my CA wildcard to protect my house), if i were to sell my house after discharge, I know my credit would be low, would i be able to give the money to my soon to be wife for a down payment on a house/condo ? with out being penalized ? thanks again to everyone
