Its definetely a roll of the dice, there is no telling if they would dismiss or not, but trustees would see the no show as a red flag, then when they dig they will find some assets.

I don't think the worst that could happen is that they find assets and continue to administer the bankruptcy estate. The worse would be for the Trustee to dismiss with prejudice and a bar from ever receiving a discharge on any of the debt prior to the filing of the petition.
