    Disability and living with parents

Do I really need to state my parents income? I do not pay rent. My disability per month is 953.00 and I must pay $96.00 for medicare. My parents are retired senior citizens. There are no part-time jobs in my area. My attorney appointment is March 4, to discuss Ch. 7. Can someone please give me an opinion on this? I know the social security amount must be included in the questionnaire. Please advise. I also live in North Carolina, where the SOL is 3years.

Your parents are part of your household so their income needs to be reported. Discuss with your attorney.
