    I think he's saying he owes $875,000 on the house. Don't think you would ever get a $600 payment, at least in this universe.

      Yep I missed that one. For whatever reason I read it as payments. Still the advice doesn't change, just the payment. I think they would be even more inclined to work with him on a $875K house. That has little to no chance of brining anywhere close to what is owed on it as a foreclosure.

        If the house is worth $875k and he owes the same with several loans (and with the same lender!), I really doubt they would want to work with the "other loans" on the house. It wouldn't hurt to try though....I'd give them a call.
