I have a WF mortgage and on my BK paperwork I checked reaffirm. I just never signed the reaffirmation. I filed in 10/2008 and I am still here w/o a peep from WF because I make my payments. They send me statements monthly but it says " We are just securing our interest in the property and not trying to collect any money from you".
