How exact do I need to be for debt amounts?

I was wondering. I have been answering the phone calls from my creditors lately, mainly to stall just a few more weeks, but also to get the latest information concerning my balance and minimum payment. I used the latest figures (all of which are less than a month old, except for the SBA, which is a few months old, whom I can't get hold of) to give to my attorney, but those numbers could easily change by the time I officially file (which will be next week.)

I would have to think that this will not be an issue, so long as I use the numbers that are within a month or two. Or perhaps, I can only get discharge of the amount I put down?

I used my credit report for many of them. For things like credit lines that extra interest was going on month to month I just kind of guessed how much it'd be on the day I filed and wrote "approx." after it and nobody minded. Put exact amounts where you can, but where you can't it's usually okay to write "approx." or somesuch.

The amount doesn't matter as your discharge will include all applicable debts.
