If you were given a date for a 341 meeting,,

means that you filled out the paperwork correctly, right?

now I am terrified that something is wrong on it.
And I did fill it out the whole thing by hand. Neatly, but still by hand,,I am reading other posts and everybody is talking about either typing it or do it in PDF. OMG!

My date is 3/26 and was mailed to me like 2 days later I filed my papers. I also was granted the fee waiver and a free attorney told me over the phone that I shouldn't bother with it, they barely grant it!!

I wish this was over already!!

No, what it means is the meeting of creditors is set.
Well, I did. Every one of 'em. Mostly I remember the last one. The wild finish. A guy standing on a station platform in the rain with a comical look in his face because his insides have been kicked out. -Rick

but they wouldn't give you the date if you are missing your schedules, or something big like that, right?
the info in your paperwork might be wrong but the paperwork itself is all there. that's what I mean,,,like for instance if it's a problem that I filled it out by hand they would have let me know by now, right?

Yes, they will give you a date. If you are missing your paperwork however, you can look to get your a$$ chewed out by the trustee, just as a lawyer would. You'll find out at the 341 if you have done it wrong.

          take a deep breath.

I filled out all our paperwork by hand and had a couple errors. Our trustee actually called me the week before the date to let me know that i had to make some corrections and file it with the court by the day before our meeting. So if you have some errors, minor ones, don't stress... they understand the paperwork is a burden. good luck!

The court clerk might be willing to tell you if they see anything obviously missing in your petition.
