I have my 341 meeting last 2/17 and was reschedule for next month due to trustee did not receive my two year tax return even though it was mailed to him a month before the 341. Trustee ask every filer if they own real estate property and most of them answer yes and ask again if they own any other property. Just making sure on my next 341 I could give him a definite answer. Anyway, my question is lot property considered a real estate property? Since I do own a few of them in California, NV and NM. Two are 2.5 acre and the rest were less than an acre which right now has no value due to recession. Thanks in advanced.

Everything important I mailed to the trustee, I did by certified mail, noted the arrival details on the "receipt", and brought the receipts to my 341. Luckily they didn't seem to have "lost" anything though.
The trustee may well want to see a copy of the title deeds for the lots, so perhaps make sure you can find them. I saw some 341's continued because the trustee wanted to see that sort of thing and debtors didn't have them with them.
