    Student Loans in NE Ohio

    I have found in some posts that student loan payments are not considered an expense. Does anyone know if this the case for NE Ohio. We are right in the middle for Chpt 7 & 13. If could go either way! Arghh

      A "special circumstance" exception will have to be filed in NE ohio, and this will usually get the US Trustee involved. I just now looked up several cases In NE Ohio where the filers were trying to use their student loan payments as a "special cirucmstance" and the filers lost in the several cases I read about.

      So I would assume that student loans would not be allowed.
