    Discharged!!!

Just checked Pacer and we finally received our Discharge today! Thanks to everyone for all your support and answering my questions. I have re-read some of my posts and get a chuckle thinking, I was all worked up over this or that and in reality, it wasn't anything worth getting excited about.

The next big hurdle is dealing with the bank that holds the title to a couple of our vehicles due to being collateral from our business loan. We would like to keep them as we need transportation but if it doesn't work out, so be it. We will figure something out. I don't even know what would be reasonable to offer to purchase them. Sure won't be the book value as they wanted us to auction them with the business assets. If we would have done that, they would have received about half of book value. If anyone has had a similar situation, I would be grateful for any advise.

We had a few items over the exemptions and the trustee never questioned them or asked for anything to purchase them. I guess we got lucky there.

    Thanks again everyone.

So true marked in red. I try to tell those panic stricken "newbies" that fact, but when I was a panic stricken "newbie" it was 'different'. LOL 'Hub

Thanks everyone for your well wishes. It is a good feeling to put this behind me. Now if I could get rid of this cold, I think I would be on top of the world!
