One holdout ca refuses to update tradelines

There is one CA who is basically thumbing their nose up at the automatic stay, refusing to update the tradeline to IIB, in fact, have intensified their collection efforts.

Anyone have a good template for a Motion for Contempt? This is the only open collection and they refuse to cooperate.
