imo, 45 days but no more then 60 max. after that you can start cleaning up your report. you could do it sooner but best to wait to see what they do with it so you dont waste tooo much time.
Im not an attorney or a trustee. You cant trust me either though!

I don't see a reason to wait. Some creditors probably updated w/ bankruptcy info within 30 days of receiving notice that you filed. When you do start, you may not get the proper results on the first try.

I've already disputed things to get them reported correctly, and got rid of some due to errors in how they were reporting. I had 2 collections on each report (3 CA's total, each one only reported to 2 CRA's for some reason) and now no collections report at all. I've gotten an IIB account removed from EQ, and another removed from EX. I've gotten an old judgement off of EQ & EX. (That was a small victory-it will be gone anyhow in a few months.)

I'm due for discharge any day now...
Most of my information is from personal experience or HOURS and HOURS of online research. When you're searching online, keep in mind there is no guarantee that the info is completely up to date, and your situation is unique from anyone else's. Do your homework, and consult with an attorney so you can make an informed decision.
