    What deductions out of your paycheck would not be considered an expense?
    This is what is taken out of mine...

    Denatl Ins
    Life Ins
    Life Ins-Dependant Coverage
    Long Term Disability
    City Tax
    Fed Tax
    Medicare
    State Tax
    Social Security Tax
    401 K

    In the Chapter 7 context, the 401(k) contributions/repayments are almost always not allowed (unless for medical reasons or getting close to retirement without enough funds in the account).

      Justbroke is correct, I wasn't allowed to use my 401k contribution (company matches up to 5%!) as an expense.
      May 2008 Hired 1st Attorney/Stopped paying CCs
      May 21, 2009 Retained 2nd Attorney
      May 28th - Filed for Ch 7 (FINALLY!)
      9/11/09 - DISCHARGED!!!!
