Even after the discharge I still find myself worrying. I submited my tax return to the tt a few days ago. I noticed today that my case changed to Asset which I expected. The following were updates listed on PACER.
Notice to Creditors of Possible Dividend and Notice of Deadline for Filing Timely Claims. Proof of Claims due by: 5/27/2010
Is that because of my tax refund?
Also posted was this:
Creditor Request for Notices Filed by Creditor eCAST Settlement Corporation.
Being that the case was discharged, will eCAST be sent a discharge notice? If not, should I send them one?
My lawyer sent a notice saying that being my case is discharged his representation ends.
I thought that was kind of strange being the case isn't closed, but maybe that's just standard.
