Anyone ever have their trustee ask for a Paypal statement or question you about your account? I'm just wondering if I should list it as an account? I don't have a balance or expect one(not selling anything right now).

Hi again. We have a PayPal account, but did not turn any statements in for it because for us it served strictly as a distribution point. A few dollars would go in and go out, nothing really major. Some districts and trustees seem to be more particular about it than ours is. Also, if you have an eBay store or some other online reason why you need an active PayPal, then you would need to declare it. But from what you have written, it doesn't seem like you do."To go bravely forward is to invite a miracle."

No Ebay stores or anything like that.I just buy things once in a while and sell here and there.I just sold a couple of Jetskis on there because my lawyer advised me to,and use the money to pay his fees. I have a couple deposits in my bank from deposits taken from the sale of the Jetskis,so I am a little worried the trustee might think this is normal income. Oh well, if he asks I have nothing to hide,I'm just hoping not to get interrogated in my 341 for longer than everyone else. The Jetskis were old but they are not exempt,so he said better to sell than chance that the trustee would want them. Thanks for the replys, all this info helps a great deal during this process.Bankruptcy is very stressful but this helps a great deal.

Yeah I would not worry at all about the PayPal. I didn't mention it because it had very little in it and just serves for collecting the little bit of money I make selling odds and ends on EBay. I didn't mention it, it was never brought up. I would not lose any sleep over it.New Orleans: Home to the World Champion Saints, the biggest enviromental disaster and the biggest natural disaster in the history of this nation.
