    Not Subject to Automatic Dismissal?

My attorney forgot to add some of my bills and amendended my list of creditors. On the same day I notice was posted that said "not subject to automatic dismissal" What does this mean?

Only a few credit cards and unsecured bills were added.

If I recall, automatic dismissal is used for deficient filings. Since you are not subject to automatic dismissal that generally indicates that your filing is ok. Filing amendments to your case will not cause a dismissal. Dismissals are given when you don't pay the filing fee, don't do pre-filing counseling or fail to meet some other requirement of filing.
