Can one take an early IRA withdrawal after the 341 meeting and not have to worry about the TT taking it in a CH 7? I know it is bad to do but with no job in sight have to do what I have to do to survive another day.

We were told (in an initial consultation with an attorney) that we could withdraw from the IRA as soon as the day after filing and be safe. But I don't know if this varies case by case/state by state. -
Our attorney told us outside the 341 meeting room after our 341 that we could take an early withdrawal from an IRA if we so chose (though we didn't).Comment
