Do I claim this debt on schedule D?

I can no longer pay for this car.

I believe so because if she doesn't pay, they come after you. It is like a joint account where you both are responsible. Someone else may have a better response. Another issue is if the dirvorce settlement requires you to pay, she can still sue you even though your obligation was discharged in bk.

My name is on the title, but in the divorce my x is responsible for this debt.

How would I list this as I do not have the car and I certainly do not to reaffirm.

And I do not want my x to have to refinance either. I know she will pay for the car.
