Thanks everyone for the support to get through this trying time in my life!!! I will be sticking around to help others... just pay forward. If your worried about your credit score, don't be! Before filing Ch 7 mine was 520 TU (myfico) due to maxed out c.c.'s and 90 days late on the mortgage. It is currently 620 TU (myfico) at discharge and can only go up from there... so for me it was the best thing to do and gives me a fresh start!
